What is IndiAide?

IndiAide is a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring platform built for SLPs, OTs, and PTs. It connects the clinic to what happens at home by giving patients a centralized place to access their therapy activities, receive reminders, and communicate with their care team between sessions. Clinicians get real visibility into patient progress and can use that data to bill RTM codes and adjust care plans.

Who can use IndiAide?

IndiAide is built for speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists working in private practice or outpatient clinic settings. It is designed to work for any discipline, any patient population, and any therapy approach, including articulation, language, voice, swallowing, and cognition.

Can you still use IndiAide without RTM?

Yes. IndiAide was built to support the therapeutic process regardless of whether you are billing RTM. Clinicians can use the platform to assign home programs, send reminders, collect patient feedback, and stay connected to what is happening between sessions. RTM billing can be turned off for any individual patient, making IndiAide a flexible fit for practices with a mix of insurance and private pay patients, or for practices in states where RTM is not yet reimbursed.

Does IndiAide replace my EMR?

No. IndiAide is not an EMR and is not designed to replace your existing documentation or billing systems. It complements what you already have in place by providing the qualifying RTM platform and tracking infrastructure that makes RTM codes billable. You will still document and bill through your existing processes.
